Shipping Coverage
- Free Shipping: All orders within the United States ship free, regardless of order size.
- Locations Served: We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of purchase.
- Processing Days: Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically processed the same business day.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days from order processing completion.
- Warehouse Location: All products ship from our US warehouse, ensuring fast domestic delivery.
- Tracking Updates: You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Carriers
Your order is shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on product type, weight, and destination. We select the most efficient carrier to ensure timely delivery and competitive costs.
Tracking Your Order
- Automatic Notification: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Real-Time Updates: Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time on the carrier's website.
- Delivery Confirmation: Most shipments include signature confirmation or photo evidence of delivery.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order doesn't arrive within 12 business days of shipment, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at support@pawvaultshop.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
International Shipping
At this time, PawVault ships to the United States only. We're exploring international options for the future.
